A manila based shop that offers and helps secure items from Weverse shop even after the item's release date. All groups and fandom are welcome!
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. A 50% downpayment is required and must be settled within two (2) days after receiving the invoice and the rest should be paid on or before the specified deadline of payment. Please note that failure to settle the downpayment automatically cancels the order
2. Downpayment is nonrefundable
3. A fee of 50php per day will be charged for late payments. We will allow customers to settle late payments within three (3) days only. Failure to comply automatically cancels the order and will be banned & posted as Bogus Buyer.
4. We will ONLY accept and acknowledge payments from BPI, PSBANK, & GCASH
5. Once the order form is sent, it is considered final. Order changes may or may not be entertained depending if we have secured it already. Order Cancellation is strictly NOT allowed. A cancellation fee of 500 per item will be charged or will be banned & posted as Bogus Buyer.
6. Refund/Exchange/Return
Refunds will only be given if the item is already sold out or out of stock through BPI, Psbank, or Gcash onlyReturn/Exchange will only be entertained if we have sent the wrong item to youReturn/Exchange will also not be entertained in an event that a sealed merchandise have missing items/inclusionsReturn/Exchange will not be entertained if the only damage is the outbox. As per the rules of Weverse, outbox are designed to protect the items inside and they will also not honor returns/exchanges for damages regarding outbox.
For concerns regarding refund, return & exchange, a clear unboxing video is needed for us to validate the incident. Please note it is still the shop's discretion whether to accept or deny.
7. We Cart will NOT be liable for loss, damage, or delay once the item is with the courier and will not be shouldered by the shop. This covers shipping to korean address, Korea to PH, and PH address to Buyer.
8. Local Shipping fee stated on the forms is minimum/standard and may change depending on the weight and size of your items. Should there be changes, it will be reflected before the shipping and will be communicated with the buyer beforehand.

Gogo Xpress (Medium pouch) - 100php
Same day delivery
For Provincial:
Gogo Xpress (Medium pouch) - Luzon 170; Visayas 190; Mindanao 210
Abest (for areas not covered by gogo) Large Pouch - 160
Customers may request their preferred courier but fees are subject to change and We Cart may decline for the following reasons: Admin's schedule and/or there are no branches near us.
9. Items are on NORMAL ETA and by sea. 4-7 weeks lead time will start once the boxes have departed from Korea.
10. Anyone can place an order provided that:
You are of legal age and agrees to settle all financial liabilitiesMinors (aged 17 and below), have consent from parents/guardian before placing any orders and agrees to settle all financial liabilities
11. You grant consent to We Cart to obtain your information. Rest assured that it will not be shared and used for any other purposes and solely for processing and completing your order

There are items/groups that we were not able to include on the list. You may DM us to inquire and ask for a quotation before placing an order
Once decided, just fill up the order form with the correct information. Submitted forms are considered final
An invoice will be sent to you within 72hours and a downpayment of 50% should be settled within two (2) days after receiving the invoice. Failure to settle the downpayment automatically cancels the order/slot
Please send/upload all proof of payments on the payment form.
If you want to order items from different groups, kindly fill up a new form per group

For orders with multiple items of the same group, max of 3 items per form. In excess of 3 items, kindly submit another form
NOTE: ALL ORDER FORMS SUBMITTED ON THE SAME DAY (under the same name) WILL BE COMBINED TO A SINGLE INVOICE
